Airport Automation
Dubai International is one of the busiest airports in the world for international passengers, and Dubai's Al Maktoum International is planned for a major long-term expansion. Abu Dhabi's Zayed International opened a large new terminal, and Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Muscat are all expanding.

It has developed advanced composite repair and additive manufacturing capability, including certified 3D-printed cabin parts, which is genuinely leading-edge work for the region.
Composite repair and additive manufacturing both bring precision process control into MRO: autoclave and oven cure cycle control, temperature and vacuum profiling, and machine control on printing and machining equipment, all under aerospace quality documentation requirements.
GAL and Defence Support
Global Aerospace Logistics, part of the EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi, provides aviation maintenance and support services across fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and ground support. Work in this segment covers component overhaul workshops, test equipment, ground support equipment, and facility systems, with the security and documentation requirements that defence-adjacent work brings.
Strata Manufacturing
Strata Manufacturing in Al Ain, also part of EDGE, produces composite aerostructures for Airbus and Boeing programmes, including flap track fairings, empennage components, and other structural parts. This is genuine aerospace manufacturing rather than assembly, and it is one of the most advanced production environments in the UAE.
Composite aerostructure manufacturing uses automated fibre placement and tape laying machines, large autoclaves with tightly controlled cure cycles, precision CNC trimming and drilling, automated non-destructive inspection, and coordinate measuring systems.
