Siemens and Allen-Bradley platform experience appear in the majority of UAE control-engineering adverts, followed by SCADA/HMI, industrial networking and commissioning exposure. Vendor-specific software names appear far more often than generic phrases like "PLC programming".

What is advertised vs what actually gets you hired?
